SMALL GROUPS

Doing Life Together.

Small Groups are an essential part of our church, as they provide a place where deeper fellowship and better support for one another can take place. Considering that the early church worshipped in large settings in the synagogues as well as in homes, we unite together similarly in order to be in deeper fellowship with God and one-another. God has reconciled us not only to Himself but also to each other. This "each other" is called His Church. Thus, we intentionally strive toward community through men's/women's groups, home gatherings, and other personal settings.

Small Groups

Are Larger than Life.

We have been created to live in community and not in isolation. Physically, we do live in a community, but spiritually, socially, and relationally we often live our lives in isolation. We find ourselves with no one to turn to when we have a major issue that has just surfaced in our life. Living in community affords us the opportunity to more wholly experience God through close relationships as we play and pray together, as we encourage and help one another, and as we study and live out God’s word together.

We Connect

We believe the church is the family of God. Because we are God's children through Jesus, we are to live as brothers and sisters. The church is not a building, place, or program, but God's people.

Living in community with one another is essential to growing in the Gospel and becoming more like Christ. Showing up to a Sunday gathering is great, but it is our desire to see everyone involved in a group. Our small group meetings are not a mid-week program, but much more! We would love to see all of our groups hanging out throughout the week and weekend, eating meals together and having fun. It is not something you check off a list, but a way to connect.

Groups come in all shapes and sizes — Families, men, women, kids, no kids, workplace, under 20, over 40 — the list goes on. No matter where you are in life, there’s a group for you. Ready to dive in? Find a group that fits you or start one of your own.

  • Women's Group

Our women's group, S.A.L.T., meets on a monthly basis that we may grow in Christ, seek avenues to serve and encourage one another in a trusting environment.  We enjoy a half hour of fellowship time with refreshments, then settle in to discuss upcoming events or business.  Following that we focus on God's Word by having a devotional presented to us from one of our lades.

  • Teen Girls

High School and College Youth meet for regular gatherings with "Girl Talk". This is a chance to break from the craziness of high school and college life, and craft, chat, laugh, and engage the questions that affect us most. We are all about love and acceptance, and it is a safe place to have the freedom to be yourself. We meet the last Wednesday of every month.
