What to expect when you visit CCH Sunday Morning...

We'd love for you to visit our church! Please look at our basic beliefs using the link to the left. And when you join us on a Sunday morning, you can expect the following:

If you are joining us for 9:30am Bible Study, then you can come right on in to the sanctuary and find a seat for class.

If you are joining us for 10:30am Worship Service, you will be welcomed at the front door by one of our greeters. They're the ones with the nametags. They'll give you a bulletin that contains church information as well as information about the service. They may also ask you to fill out a visitor's card so we have record of your visit. This, of course, is optional.

All babies ages 3mos to 3yrs are welcome in our nursery, located downstairs & staffed with 2 trained adults and 1 teenager assistant. They will care for your child throughout the service from 10:15am until the end of service. They do everything from change diapers, to potty breaks; from Bible lessons, to singing and dancing. Your children are in good hands with our loving staff, & If you are needed for any reason, someone will come get you out of service.

All children in Pre-K through 7th grade are invited to attend our Children's Church in the fellowship room, located downstairs. Children's Church begins at 10:30 and ends at 11:00, when the children are escorted to their Sunday School Classes. Sunday School lasts the entire duration of the Worship Service. Parents are asked to pick up their children downstairs at the conclusion of the worship service.

All teens from 8th-12th grade are invited to Children's Church on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 10:30am. After Children's Church, teens are brought into the Youth Group room for their Sunday School class.

Church begins with a brief welcome and prayer by Pastor Pete, followed by a time of praise & worship through song led by our church worship team. We participate in the Lord's Supper (communion) weekly, and take up an offering, both of which are passed around to the congregation by our church leaders.  Communion & offering are open to anyone who would like to participate and are, of course, optional. The message is delivered by Pastor Pete, and lasts about a half hour. The service ends with a song of decision, in which individuals are welcome to come forward for prayer, or to dedicate their lives to the Lord through baptism.

Bathrooms are located downstairs to the right of the kitchen.

Coat racks are located on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floors of the church. All are welcome to use them.
